🌙 We're Hiring at Moonbeam Healing
Are you passionate about spiritual growth, crystals, and creating uplifting experiences for others? Moonbeam Healing is a metaphysical shop and event space dedicated to supporting our community on their healing journeys. We’re looking for a grounded, heart-centered individual to join our front of house team part-time (25–30 hours/week). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a welcoming, intentional space and is just as comfortable chatting about crystal energy as they are tidying the store or posting to Instagram Stories. If you're on a spiritual path, love helping others, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will include a variety of meaningful and practical tasks such as:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Processing purchases at the till using our Shopify POS system
- Packing and shipping online orders with care and intention
- Keeping the store tidy and energetically aligned (sweeping, mopping, wiping shelves, etc.)
- Opening and closing the store according to our daily checklist
- Assisting with setting up and resetting our event room for workshops and gatherings
- Creating product bundles and kits based on seasonal or energetic themes
- Posting 3 stories per shift to our social media to highlight products, events, or behind-the-scenes moments
🌿 What We’re Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Is on a spiritual path and has a foundational knowledge of crystals and metaphysical tools
- Feels comfortable recommending tools for common intentions like grounding, abundance, and protection
- Has a warm, welcoming presence and enjoys customer-facing roles
- Is reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Can lift and move small boxes and handle cleaning duties as part of opening/closing
- Is comfortable using technology (we use Shopify, Instagram, and other simple tools)
- Is available for evening and weekend shifts as needed
